I just accepted a new position last week and am scheduled to start mid-July. I have a couple of concerts this summer (1 on a Saturday and 1 on a Thursday evening). I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

What spas do you all recommend in Houston? I normally go to Chinatown for a cheap massage but I want to try to treat myself to a proper spa experience.

I’m relocating to the US from an international rotation to work in Galveston. I have never been to Texas and I am trying to find the best spot for my family to live in. So far from reading online it sounds like Pearland is a good option but I have not been able to validate that/ figure out what other options are out there. I would appreciate all advice:
1. Would you recommend living in Pearland?
