If you graduated in May 2017, you’d have 3 years experience, right? 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20. And you’d be a rising 4th year.
Assuming you have no unemployment gaps, or they consider any gaps you fill with volunteering as valid career growth.
Lol
Just apply. They’re just guidelines that they’re looking for midlevels. Doesn’t mean they won’t consider you if you’re a bit junior or senior but have solid experience along the lines that they’re looking for.
I’m just worried about getting a bad reputation or burning bridges for not listening to instructions and applying for positions that I don’t have the prerequisite experience they ask. I’ve heard horror stories and my law school fearmongered is all pretty bad on the subject. I’m unemployed right now, but all the postings want portable books of business if not 3-5+ years in litigation practice. I need a job badly to make the rent, but it’s a small town and I’m still a 1st year but 3 years out due to delayed sitting for the bar. I have “experience” but I don’t think 3 year old internships will really count anymore.
