After bi/annual performance reviews is typical, with some paying out in chunks quarterly. Nov/Dec and April/May
We get in March. That’s standard in my industry (pharma).

How do you not know? Doesnt your company have a set schedule thats the same every year?
Pro
It's probably documented somewhere.
End of calendar year. Most larger places have very well established bonus/variable pay programs so ask around. I wouldn’t expect this info to be secret or not discussed
We pay in mid April.
All 3 of my in house jobs have paid in march or April
Another data point for march
March
April
Bonuses in-house are typically done according to the same schedule as the rest of the company. Most do annually around January. Some do Quarterly. Some don’t do any. If nobody mentioned annual bonuses during recruitment or on-boarding, your company may not do them regularly.
Many places will NOT pay a bonus the first bonus period, requiring you to work long enough to be bonus eligible. I.e., if you started even Jan. 2, 2025, they would not pay a 2025 bonus, only starting in 2026.
Most will want to pay before March 15th for tax purposes. Public companies are unlikely to pay or say too much about amounts until after earnings release if its based on company performance
