I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. So pissed! Paid tax firm $400 to file my taxes in 3 multiple states, they didn’t file my non resident NY tax efile saying i have to do it myself. Without providing the reason why and any instructions on how to do so, just saying it’s in its in the bundle prepared, just file it yourself. I cant even figure out how to file it on my own. Not sure what to do at this point, anyone had experience with this? I am thinking to add a bad review and just mail the tax form...I know I procrastinated too
