For those that have physical gold in their portfolio, what do you buy? What do you think is the best value? Coins? Bars? Other? And what weight increments do you usually buy?

FYI. If you buy physical gold or hold hard currency don't be telling people it's a good way to get robbed and killed.

Keep all that shit in safety box in the bank.

Gold eagles. Store them in safety box and don’t scratch them. 1 oz. other forms people will test to see if it’s fake. Eagles are easier to sell.

Hi Fishes,
Need help with a tax query.

I am earning 85k/month now. Thinking to purchase a land of around 15L, not just for investment but to build our own house on it in future.

Though I can somehow manage it without taking a land loan. But I was wondering if I can take some to avail tax benefits.

So my doubts are - Can I avail tax benefits (like home loan) before construction? If I take the loan just to enjoy tax benefits then how much loan should I take at most? Have only ~68k EPF in 80C

I was just informed the earlier accommodation I made got messed up, I can't even begin to explain.

Can anyone please recommend a relatively cheap accommodation to me in London?.

Thank you so much.
