When does the 401k vest at BDO? Right away or after 3 years or something?

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? Psycho manager has sent 3 passive aggressive emails to the entire staff/senior group about making the magnification on excel 100% before submitting for review. STFU no one cares.
