When I was on bench in wipro for three months, I started applying for a job outside. Now I get one offer and project as well in wipro on the same day. Now I want to go with the offer which is better than wipro. They want me to join in 45 days. How can I get an early release from wipro? Is there any buyout option in wipro? How can I say NO to project which allocated to me in wipro?

How is the Job security in atos? My friend joined in April, 3month have passed but he is still on bench. He was hired for SharePoint tech stack, but now his manager is saying "They have very less projects for sharepoint, so please prepare for Azure". He is worried looking at the current market slowdown.

I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Question: I have a client who started a restaurant. He leased the land and bought shipping containers where he spent money contracting out to turn them into bars. I’m having a tough time determining how to depreciate this! First thought was leasehold but he’s not making improvements to a structure...he owns the structure! At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose..
