When staffing a team, how much consideration is given to YOE in a role I.e. would you treat a new hire first year manager the same as someone who has been with the firm since C/SC/SA and is now M2

My last working day is 17th October. BoA joining date is 9 November. Offer received, HR mentioned bvg check takes time in BoA so Joining date is this late.

I'm worried if there is been any instances of Opening Freezed or any other reason to not on-board ?

I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?

Does anyone have a tool/ site that calculates what the offer would need to be to leave a current role, all things considered? Of course, it’s anything more than you’re making now, but I’m looking for something that accounts for LTE, the hassle, risk, etc.

Has anyone bombed their last interview (case or assessment) and still got the job? My assessment went over 10mins and so my interviewers and I didn’t have a chance to exchange much, but I did make an effort to ask if they still have some time and asked more questions related to the role. I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. I kind of feel like they trust me with the work I’m doing and also considering my past experiences to offer me a full time and moreover it’s only been 3 months.
