When you are a senior manager at 35 who makes 250k+, should you even exit to industry (like FAANG) or go for partner?

Worth it to leave Deloitte for Meta? Salary is almost equal, Meta gives about $10k more, RSUs add about 85k, SC1 -> IC4, PgM role.

Also interviewing with Google for PgM roles but haven’t found any even the slightest bit interesting

What certifications are good for technical project manager? I was thinking to start with PSM and PSPO and then move to ITIL, ITSM. Not sure about this though. Not planning to do PMP as I think it’s more waterfall focused. Was also thinking about AWS. Any other certifications recommended?

I’m a senior associate and received an offer to join a very profitable client as general counsel that would open lots of doors professionally and financially.
