Hey sharks
I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

I am a former MBB partner so I’ll say this. Our MD comp model is a lot closer to M than BB. In short, BB have higher entry level partner compensation than us, but you can go way higher at Alix.

Whats the best way to get into the door at AP? Do you all have a tech consulting practice?
Happy to answer any questions about AP. A few pointers on comp:
* our ranges per level are a bit softer than MBB, higher at most except maybe junior director and junior MD
* part of the reason for higher pay is: we typically have more experienced people than mbb (we don’t have up or out, and id hypothesize the average years per level are >2)
* our team structure is diamond rather than pyramid shaped, about half our people are at the Director level
* a high portion of our total comp is variable
* while the pay looks high, we also do put a lot of hours in... so maybe the pay per hour is stable but we work the same or slightly more than others
D1, in the 2 years I’ve been here, I’ve never been told / pressured not to take PTOs. Provided that you communicate early and make sure your work stream is not affected (if your PTO overlaps a project), no one is going to have any issue with that.
Speaking for EI by the way. Not sure about TRS.
For VP through Director, we are similar to MBB if not slightly higher. For comparison, TC for a high performing VP (associate) is ~250k and TC for a high performing SVP (manager) is about ~350-375k.
For MD/Partner, I suspect a top partner makes more at MBB than at here (partly due to the fact we have a diamond structure - i.e., more directors and SVPs than VPs).
They pay more than all other consulting firms including MBB. Their comp models are closer to IB than consulting.
AP2, I don’t think we work more hours here than at MBB (unless you’re referring to TRS or DD projects). We tend to be very result driven, much more so than MBB and tend to have less “slides masturbation” - which is a plus for me but can come with consequences.
Fair point, perhaps I’ve been swayed by my industry group (I’m in one of the busy ones). My last two years have also been mostly spent in DDs and 4-6 week assessments.
Maybe I should consider taking a tour through some of the other groups for a bit 😅
Ahh, that three-letter group 🤣
