I started working for a new law firm, much larger than the firm I was working for previously. The main attorney that I work under had noticed some mistakes I was making (I am a NY paralegal who took this position with the understanding that they’d be teaching me NJ and NYC real estate). Our firm is super small (dozen FTEs) but does really good work (we charge premium rates and work super cool projects).
