Hello Everyone!
I have done my bachelor's in mechanical engineering and master's in engineering management for process excellence from the uni of Glasgow and uni of Strathclyde respectively. I'm currently looking for jobs and have 2 years of running my own company. I'd be glad if anyone can help me with this and guide me accordingly. It would be ideal if I could get anything in process/operations but I'm flexible and am open to explore new areas.
Regards,
Aman

Try IBM - they have a pretty robust structure on training, once you start new into sales (I’m sure there are T&Cs attached).
However typically in consulting worlds most of the leaders are excellent delivery folks so for them sales is part their designation (say a Partner), part brand name and part delivery - that’s the definition of sales. So companies like Big4 depend on your “talent to pick up or talent BS your way out of everything” rather than guiding or grooming your skill sets. Of course I know of a few consulting leaders who are exceptional at sales but they are not many.
