Anyone who can share their experience with the Harvard Extension School?

Anyone else getting pretty harsh feedback on your candidacy as a whole from Maria at applicant lab? I feel like I have a doable shot at my target schools based on gpa, gmat and essays but every time she reviews she suggests I have no chance. It’s been pretty discouraging.

Why is it that those in IB can’t get an MBA and return to IB the way people from other industries have returned post-MBA?

Does a masters from Harvard Extension School come with the same perks, open the same doors as regular Harvard? I’m guessing there’s always going to be a difference but seems like a good deal (it’s cheaper than some state schools) with a semi-prestigious datapoint to add to the resume? Would love to hear from folks who’ve done it.

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages? I've tried changing jobs in Basis for nearly one year and didn't get through. Please help me.

Hello! It seems this bowl is not very active but I'd like it to be. So here's my story: Born & raised in PR, moved to CA for undergrad & have been here since then. I graduated from law school in 2019, followed by a 2 yr bk clerkship. I did the evening program. I really enjoyed law school, in spite of the microaggressions, the late nights, & crazy competition. Just scored 700 on my GMAT and I feel like a bag of crap. For reference, I put in 300+hrs into my studying, which is overkill but the course I signed up for took this long.

Hey, so I was offered a CDP position as an analyst in Accenture starting this fall, but today I just found out I got the Fulbright scholarship to be an ETA in Thailand for a year. It’s an honor of course, and I’m thinking about asking my recruiter if I could delay my Accenture start date for a year. Would it be worth it to do so? Is it even possible?
