Which project experience to highlight when applying to strategy and ops roles in tech? I come from MBB consulting and have done a wide variety of projects (from strategy to org design to private equity). Any specific tips from ex-consultants?

I used a referral to apply to some financial analyst roles. I like how recruiters are willing to personally decline you which opens a dialogue on criticism. I was given resources on improving resumes and interview skills. It seems my resume is in good shape according to the recruiter but I can’t seem to land an interview. Is there anything else left besides a referral and a good resume to get through? I feel like being from the east coast applying to west coast roles is a factor

Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? I want to work purely on automation testing

I went through 5 rounds of interviews for an in-house position and received an email from the recruiter asking to speak with me. I was super excited thinking I was going to get an offer only to have received a rejection that could’ve been done via email. I appreciate that she made the effort to call but it also made the rejection that much more painful because I was fully expecting an offer, plus I had to block off time in my schedule and wait for her to call.

I’m working with a teampartner who doesn’t show layouts or designs to me but checks them directly with the CD’s. I feel I have no say in the work we’re doing at all.

At the same time, he has no interest in scripts i’m writing because ‘it’s a copy-thing’. He doesn’t even read them or comment on them. I would be very much open to discuss them and make them better as a team.

Is this normal? The worst part is: He says I’m overreacting when I address it. I feel gaslighted.
