For my pcos ladies on metformin, interesting news article. Be careful out there. The good news I hear is that metformin leaves the body pretty quickly so in 2 days you won't have it in you anymore. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/victoriaforster/2020/04/05/researchers-warn-that-covid-19-treatment-t

Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

I think it varies by district. Some districts provide fairly generous healthcare packages and others offer healthcare for life. The cost of healthcare has continued to rise.
Varies by district. You can have two neighboring districts with very different healthcare plans and costs.
If your state has a union, chances are your benefits are better!
I do not know the answer to this, but all I can say is that I want to know if there is anywhere that offers childcare benefits for families that are just above subsidy threshold.
Thanks both, do you know how it typically falls? I would guess, unfortunately, that higher income areas would have better plans?
I'm at a rural title I school, and our health premiums are paid by the district. I think I have pretty good coverage, too!
Michigan requires teachers to pay at least 20% of our benefits
Landline phone numbers
PA teachers are part of a health care consortium. Our benefits rock!!!
California. Especially if you go to a title I district.
Not necessarily; do your research!!
I’m in NYC. My husband works in the public schools and our whole family is on his health plan and we pay nothing for it (i work in a charter school and would have to pay every month for health care so I choose not to take it and get $1000 back a year).
We have a choice of plans and we were on one where we didn’t even have copays really but it was hard to find providers. Now we have $10/$30 copays but that is our only health care cost and it’s easy enough to find providers. These plans are currently available to us when we retire as well for free if we don’t leave the state (though that might change by the time we actually retire)
