Idk but that’s around the time I have dinner everyday anyway? Even when I meet up with friends after work it’s always 8pm. Would love a 9-5 but here we are.
Suggest lunches
Start the day later. I eat late anyway so I'd love this. I despise noon lunches. My breakfast hasn't even digested yet.

To me that’s part of the point of why most law firms have unlimited leave. If you’re not swamped and have an 8 PM client dinner, go in at 11 and take the morning slow.
I’m in house but at my last company there were team/department dinners every so often that were late. At my new company most of the networking is catered lunches but I have to travel more. I’ll be in Milan for a week this month and will basically be in meetings all day (albeit at a beautiful resort in the country) and will then have to deal with my US stakeholders as well.

Because that's when folks are done with work? If you get that "relationships matter," then accept that it's a full stop after that statement.
But of course, only you know what your real priorities are. If you prioritize and value being a rainmaker and everything that comes with it, then these late nights are a part of life. If you value and prioritize family/alone time, that's totally fine too, but don't expect the same professional returns.
