Why is that leadership think its so important to put up “urgent” deadlines, when they pretty much sit on the candidates I forward to them for close to a week?? Are they worried I won't do my job well if there's sense of unnecessary urgency induced? I'm so sick of not hearing back from them, which in turn hurts my ability to get back to the candidates who are eagerly waiting. Am I the only with dealing with this nonsense?

I have interviews coming up at BD in Maryland and, coming from the hospital world, I have no clue what salary to ask for. The position is a scientist/quality role for microbiology research and development. For context, I have 4 years of experience in a hospital blood bank and am a certified Medical Laboratory Technologist. I was thinking in the 65-70k range, but the recruiter made it seem like that was easily attainable so I’m worried I’m asking too low. Would 75-80k be do-able?

Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?
