I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?

I told her about Friday interview, she told that will nit happen, so I attentded that, cleared 2 rounds and now she sent mail for documents submission. I called HR1 and informed on Thursday interview, she said that is ok, you can attend Friday interview as scheduled. I attended that as well.

Have new car prices increased as much as used? Estimated market value of my car has increased by over $10k, so I’m considering selling it to upgrade. But if new prices have gone up as much, then it’s a wash and there’s no compelling financial reason to upgrade now.

I'm joining EY India Technology Consulting in a week. However, EY is also my client, primarily we're involved in the maintenance of their internal user interface.

I can see a non solicitation clause in my current employer's offer letter than I can't join client within 12 months of my termination.
