Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Job-Hunting reach-out to VC from previous fundraising effort for own startup
I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?
Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Former recent BCG recruiter - I would be shocked if they do. Recruiters typically aren't trained to do so and focus on behavioral or competencies. Overall seeing if you have the gravitas or horsepower to move forward. The firms want to see how you think (recruiters and on case interviews) Also, the firms have moved to doing some cases with AI... hope a McK person can confirm but that's my guess.
Thanks for the clarification. I was hoping that would be the case.
It’s just a standard recruitment screening interview that you have coming up. Quick questions about your resume, trying to gauge your interest in the role, etc.
You’ll have cases + PEI once you move to the next round. They won’t surprise you with anything you can’t expect. They actually want to see you prepare and make an effort to do it right, so you’ll be given time to study and come up to speed
Awesome, thanks!!
