Something that has stuck with me is delaying a vacation means canceling it. The vacation you take to Europe in your 20s is not the same as in your 40s. This is especially true with little kids.
Its a reality I am still dealing with as my personal financial reality has been good, but strained as far as vacations are concerned.
We are doing a kinda staycation. We are staying at a tourist area doing tourist stuff about 35 minutes away from our house.
