With the app's vast user base, I'm surprised by the absence of a group tailored for writers, authors, and publishers. Given the profession's growth, I'm eager to find fellow book creators. It's unlikely that I'm the sole wordsmith here. I know this app is to provide value to others, yet I'm left wondering who among us might be seeking guidance on the path to getting a book published. 📚🖋️If I can't find it, I'll make it. I'm currently looking at two HRBP roles at two different titles/salary bands. This would at a large banking company located in NYC. Can anyone with banking industry experience share their perspectives and insights on the differentiation between the roles? I take it that VP is more of a junior role and a more commonly-used title. I have a friend that's a VP at JPM and has about the same YOE as me (shes not in HR). I have about 15 YOE but about 10 yrs HR YOE and 3 HRBP YOE.
