Senior PM in healthcare IT, with my PMP. I have a promotion coming to Program Manager. What type of salary increase should I expect? I am sure they will lowball me, and I understand there is a wide range. I make 126k now. It’s a lot more work, and I want to make sure it’s worth it. Inflation alone should be a 9% raise 😑
