Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I think the certifications will still exist and hold value; however, I think the delivery and accessibility will be vastly different.
I feel like the listed certifications only matter in Federal consulting and attestation work. The thinking checks out though; clients care about what people can do/build/create, not what a certifying authority says that they know.
College degrees are valuable for the real liberal art value: learning to research, ask questions of authority, critical thinking, etc. also learning core knowledge: math, science and history.
I think of the MOOCs as vocational or catch up education. They have value in getting a specific job or for enhancing a knowledge base, but on their own, will be career limiting
Certifications already hold very little value imo
Masters degrees are going to be pretty much useless unless they drastically change in 3-5 years
I made it without a degree for many years. I didn’t learn much from it and would say that this traditional education is going away.
OP- I feel like certifications will matter most as the traditional education will go away
Did certifications ever really matter though (other than CPA/CFA)?
