Just reached final on-site round for a Senior Manager position in the logistics department. Role is for Amazon UK. Recruiter is asking me now for my expected compensation (base salary + total comp) via email. Any idea what to aim for?

I don’t know the level but was aiming £80k base, +15% bonus. If I don’t fall under their budget, would I automatically be removed from candidates?

I have an interview for a LTC/Rehab Nurse Manager, Infection Preventionist position next week. My base salary is $40/hour as a charge nurse. With overtime I’ll be finishing the year about $15000 above my base pay. I have questions: first, I know I’ll be putting in at least the same number of hours I’m current working (50+/wk). An investment related query. I'm drawing 1 lac/month salary currently and serving notice period with lwd-26-Aug. So, do I need to show all the investment proofs that I declared here as it's only been 5 months in the fiscal year and PPF of 1 lac would make the 5 month salary (5 lacs) non-taxable, right?
