Think of things that you can make better and write that in an actionable way. Surely your account isn’t perfect, and if it is, think of ways you can grow the business.
"grow the account" was one idea, but I don't want to set myself up for failure. My client lead has been clear that 24 budget was set last hear during a pessimistic forecast, so budget is not going to increase for another year at least. This year is all about doing more work within our fixed budget.
Is there anything in terms of management of the account you can use as a goal? Streamlining efficiencies in project brief development or in the routing process between shared services and account?
Or are there any skills you want expand on outside of the account? Being involved on the pitch team for 1-2 pitches throughout the year?
Forst hought, be more intuitive. To have to have to come here for what to put on goals is a red flag. At this point in your career, knowing how to stretch and seek goals that elevate your skills, experience, and your status is key. I recommend thinking more strategically about your future. You may be in the exact same place next year with this lack of drive.
