Worst interview experience this week, Felling sad :)
The first two rounds were virtual. These rounds went well, and I was confident in securing the job.
last round was F2F. I went to the location. Panel members were 30 minutes late. No introduction, directly started asking questions. Not at all ready to listen to my answers, one of them was scrolling Instagram reels in the middle of discussion. They came from a meeting, and something went bad. I guess they were frustrated.

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
