Bro, can you do math??
Don't worry about P2, OP. It's Cullinan and he's still on edge.
Absolutely not.
20k points is $200 if you were to convert it straight to cash. Definitely not.
Definitely worth it. May I suggest you charge your car payment if you have one to your Preferred card as well?
No not even close
Hey- I'm new to credit cards and points.
@OP 1. Next time do the math. I'll forgive you this time because I'm also a lazy shit, but try to conceal it. 2. Get a Reserve already, if you're going to use a Chase card with an AF it's the way to go
Wow Deloitte has some winners
I'm so confused. I don't know where 20,000 or $750 came from?
Nope not worth it
Thanks!
First time new to math as well?
20k is 1678 x 12 and 750 is 62.50 x 12
Okay terrible idea
The idea is so terrible that I am shocked that it's even a question ! You want to pay $750 dollars out of pocket to land lord for getting $200 dollars back from credit card company? i.e 550 dollar loss!! sounds like a great business if I was the landlord. I make profit on credit card fee hidden as points from credit card to entice people.
That's $0.037 / pt. You'll never get a redemption to justify that.
CSP redeems for travel at $0.0125. With a lucky partner redemption, you might see $0.025.
No way. But it was awesome years ago when Dallas county allowed me to pay my property taxes with my CC before they started charging the percentage fee.
Figure the cheapest points are worth .01c per and the most expensive are .04c per. You're just below the most expense, so likely not worth it.
