So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

After how many days the Date of exit gets updated in the UAN portal after the LWD in TCS.
I have received my final payment after 10 days of my last working day.
Because after Date of exit is updated only we can start the PF transfer process right?

Networking 🐠, I’m in the process of developing a mobile app and I’m planning to hire an offshore engineer to further expedite timelines. All devs that I talk to don’t have a Mac to develop/test the app locally. Also, I’m a little skeptical about the IP (codebase, app secrets, etc.) falling into wrong hands. What are my options here? Where does the salary ceiling come in for tech consultants that don't want to become managers/lead teams?

I work in a sucky IBM cic, making $54k. It’s a full time job with regular benefits and vacation etc, it’s working with government clients. The job isn’t what I applied for & constantly changes. I don’t like that, but I’m a full time employee which is “stable employment”. Btw, I’m in the DC area.

I just got hired for a government contract through Accenture for a Business Analyst role. Pay is $65 per hour. 3 year contract. Benefits too. No PTO. Holidays off with pay, after 90 days.
