Have anyone ever worked or currently working for the CIA as a Data Engineer? Currently waiting for my clearance but not sure if it will be worth it to go there or staying as a consultant at a big 4 firm. Any advice would be appreciated!

Currently SC, 3 YOE at EY with a focus on privacy/cyber governance. I’ve been thinking about making a move and have two main options: Deloitte approached me for a junior manager role, also thinking about IBM GBS or other non-big 4 consulting shops. Does anyone have experience with IBM consulting and what can I expect versus big4 cyber? Is admin/bureaucracy similar? What’s the diff in compensation i could expect? Thanks!
Just left B4 and realized how horrible training is there. Holy shit, the difference proper effective training has on job performance on the people under you is crazy. As I have left B4 I am just stunned at how good it is on the other side in all aspects. Does anyone also see issues with the training?
Already have big 4 experience and considering moving to a mid market for m&a tax (think Houlihan lokey, FTI, etc..) . Pros and cons?
What is it like working at Monitor Deloitte with the Strategic Growth Transformation team (under S&A)? I have 4 YOE from a Big 4 and got an offer for Senior C in NY. 1- What is the culture like: How are the people? Hours? Are you happy working there? 2- Is there actual strategy work or is it mostly transformation, with the word "strategy" being slapped to every single project? How long are the projects? Are most project sponsors actually at the Csuite level? 3- Is Monitor thriving or dying?
What are yalls thoughts on leaving Big 4 to work in business development for a small MedTech company that has a disruptive product that is transforming the industry?

Is PwC now hiring for remote roles? I saw a change manager role that had remote listed as the location. I don’t live in a major city so my options are limited for most Big 4. Does anyone know more details about this? What’s the salary range for an M at PWC?
Can you expect to make 6 figures as an IT audit manager in industry like at a big 4? How are the hours compared to a big 4?
I feel like I’m not learning anymore. At least not anything I can transfer to industry. All I know is tons of general info and I’m sort of wondering what I should do. Should I go to Big 4 for a year doing M&A tax, do corporate tax at Big 4…. I seriously don’t know. Looking at industry jobs has changed my perspective on my knowledge
I always though that you should leave big 4 when you make manager but would it be prudent to leave to a growing real estate firm to make 85 base as a senior?
I know B4 is on a hiring spree. About to graduate with 3 Deloitte consulting internships under my belt. I realized very late in university that I want to do finance, anyone in the M&A teams at Big4 (or other firms) available to chat and/or give me a referral? Thanks! Edit: CFA L2 Candidate and have some modelling experience
So I've interviewed for a position in Industry and I'm awaiting their offer. Is there a standard percentage in regards to a raise that Big 4 personnel usually expect ?
Is anyone here working at the Walt Disney Company and have tips on how to nab an interview? Do you have to come from a B4 background to work in their accounting department? I have 4 years of audit experience and a CPA. Referrals would also be appreciated!

I’m a 4th year and have an opportunity to go in-house. I’m afraid I don’t have enough experience and won’t have someone to “learn” from. If I was more senior I’d take it in a heartbeat. Anyone else felt similarly when trying to go in-house as a midlevel?
Whats the best way/place to meet someone who you could potentially marry? someone at the same ambitious level as yours and matches your vibe. Dating apps have been a fail so far and suck miserably. I’m already 25/26 and still single, while I may be progressing career wise, my personal/love life is nothing at all. Suggestions ladies! also based in Toronto just fyi

Tata Consultancy Services made a revenue of $25B last FY. This translates to roughly 194546Crores. As per reports Rajesh Gopinathan, our beloved CEO saw a bump of 26.6% on his remuneration which sums up to 25.77 CPA. TCS saw a record breaking YOY revenue which was from $22B to $25B. Now without complaining or starting a feud, lets start on a healthy discussion about what & how TCS could have done better this year for their front end employees who indeed lead to the revenue every year!
