Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.
What date/month do people receive their bonuses?
I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

I used to be more focused on title. But... I tripled my TC since I last cared about titles lol. Go with comp.
Titles mean nothing. What matters is your knowledge and experience.
F a title. Where the money at. It sound like more money less work 😂
I’m manager at KPMG and almost took a senior role in industry for a large pay bump. Ended up not doing it and now making 15% more than the offer and still have manager title. I’m in the minority but would say don’t do it. All depends on you and your career goals though
My 2 cents..think of the role after the next role..if a solid title will land you in a different league, it may be worth it..worked for me..

Depends are you on path to partner? If yes then speed to partner is most impt

How much is the bump relative to your current salary.
Depending on the organization and your background. F50-100, Manager level can also be strategic whether IC or people manager. But if you’re going to a start up…then maybe you want a better title.
I learned this hard way… very hard… DONT DO IT. If you are in consulting
It is long story but I am currently in a situation where I agreed to more money lesser rank. My ideas are constantly passed off as someone else’s and someone who really doesn’t even understand the basics assumes they are the boss of me. Now if I try to leave it is a little more difficult to get my rank back.
Not if you are going from t3 consulting to t3 consulting
Why would one care about artificial constructs? Nature of work, WLB, TC, speed to partner, etc. are much more real.
