I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement
Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

My goal was to retire young. So I stayed where the vesting was. I’m 55 now, and about to drop the “it’s been fun, but....” letter. Time to go live my life.
I feel like I’d get super bored at the first. I like learning and growth!
Leave!
What’s your ultimate goal? Nobody here should say that A is better than B if it doesn’t align with your goals
These things are not either / or only dual option scenarios. You're in charge of your career and should proactively manage it and work on getting a rewarding job over time and as much as possible. "I would rather" not anything. Look for and work on getting what you want / keep looking / don't settle or think of each as a stepping stone to next opp not end of the road
The second option by far. Networking and connecting with others is invaluable and may propel you to a job with all the right things.
I don’t know why many people get in the habit of “If a job has A, it must not offer B and vice versa.”
I’m guilty of this tbh. I get distracted by how well the company “sells” their benefits in order to achieve retention. They call us “lucky” But you’re right!
...OR take a job at a well-know company, where salary is good, okay retirement benefits, but lots of networking/conferences and professional development opportunities?
I’m in the same boat right now. Leave. For the greater good of your career
