I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

… why would you report that to anyone?
I am sorry you are struggling through an ED. I personally would not, and really would have a hard time thinking anyone you work with would report to HR.
I hope you have resources available to help you work through this
I would never, and I'd like to think everyone else feels the same.
I doubt anyone would ever report you. If you’re strugggling though, please get help,
I don't understand why having an eating disorder would affect the way that they do their job. Not only would that be an invasion of their privacy, but just plain mean to do that to someone who doesn't see it coming especially since you only suspect it. Why do you want to do this?
As someone who struggled with an eating disorder, if I suspected another colleague was going through this, I would reach out and see how I could support them. Not try to get them fired which would probably make the disorder worse.

God no don’t say anything to HR, especially in this environment.
HR is looking for reasons to let go of people. Not only could this hurt your colleague but it could backfire for you… even if you do address it with them, they might go to HR and complain that you were inappropriate / stuck your nose to far in their private business
Not sure it has anything to do with HR - they are adults and can eat as they see fit. Don’t think it would be a violation of company policy
