Would you take an industry job with a 30K bump in base comp but TC is only 5-10% higher. Company is not a top brand nor is the sector particularly great. Reasons to leave consulting are WLB…but should I hold out for something else?

I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later. I am confused with two different designations in BofA and thinking that Sr Analyst is a support role even if they mention that I am selected for development when I contacted them.
What is difference between those two designations and is Sr Analyst-Apps Prog is for support role?

Can anyone explain why this is anti Semitic? It was targeted at Israel (not Jewish people, although they comprise much of Israel) but seemed to me to be a critique. Did not sound anti-Semitic to me.
