What should be the salary expectation for a senior software engineer role in bolt, Estonia.
I am currently at CTC of around 45 LPA in banglore in a growing company and trying to figure out if it is wise to go to another country especially considering the layoffs and potential global economic slowdown.

The week of my wedding, my husband (PL SQL Developer 4 yoe) was laid off. That was a couple of weeks ago. Luckily I'm still bringing money in as a software engineer, but I'm looking for advice on how to support a partner who has been laid off. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
