Yesterday I put in my resignation with my personal injury firm, after I brought up several issues to the owner and was blatantly dismissed. He has a track record of booting people out when they give their notice, but I offered to stay as long as he would need. He asked me if I would stay for just two weeks and said he would pay me the bonus I was due. I, of course, agreed. Today, he interviewed a new attorney and then came into my office and told me to get out.

I met two of my three aides for the first time today and they have been nothing but miserable the entire day. How could I promote a more positive environment without directly calling them out?

I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing. Following this encounter with people in charge I had an anxiety attack. This was terrible and I have no trust . TAs are mistreated. Similar story?

I am currently in Wipro having CTC as 7.8 LPA.. I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced from my current base pay in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer?
