My LWD in TCS is 20th Nov and I had my H1B stamping initiated before I resigned but due to embassy issues I am not getting visa stamped. Also my ASSOC promotion is due and has already been delayed by 6 months.
After resignation I am being told that I will be sent immediately as soon as visa is stamped by embassy which I know is true but project is not ready to promote me in near future.
I also have offer from Accenture with 22 LPA. Pls advise what wud hv been ur choice.. onsite or switch?

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. I think we are beginning to move past this, but now he’s starting to mention things like ‘I am really broke this month’, and last weekend he told me his mum has lost her job and he’ll have to probably pay her rent.
