My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?

I have another Offer Letter of 15LPA with 04-APR joining Date but I don't want to join that org and want to be part of TCS (obviously for Brand and WLB).

I had my hydrosonogram, trial embryo transfer, and an overall check of my uterus. Due to my muscle thickness, they're recommending with my next pregnancy to have another c-section. Hi, I am a tier 2 b-school graduate (major:ops, minor: IT), lost my campus offer and currently working in a c2h role and it was not an MBA opening. My previous work experience is in ITIL process management and service reporting. Can anyone suggest skills I should try acquiring to get to a decent role.
