Zs fish, how does the final round presentation work for the strategy and insights planning group?
1. I have an hour with HR sharing case exhibits while I work through it and finally present to a panel in 30 mins. Would the 30 mins also new questions like those in a 'conventional' case?
2. There is also an unstructured case. Is this closer to the usual case interview? Would this be non pharma?

Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure. Hiring managers: How is the interview process like at your company and how much say do you have when it comes to choosing that candidate?

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing
