What's it like being an FS Consulting Director in London for Big 4? I'm ex-Accenture & industry Buy-Side and was a Director in both roles. I'm keen to know the following: - Typical base & bonus? - What kind of targets do Directors get given? Are they revenue/margin based? Number of new clients? - What's the work life balance like at Director level? - What's it like competing with other Directors within the team, all vying for the Partner track? Particularly as I'm not ex-big 4 or homegrown -
So many people said they need to try to meet the CSR bonus $4k spend.. That makes me feel bad cause I'm 2k deep in a month 😂
How can I look at the contract I initially agreed to (I think it was in an online portal)? I'm wondering if signing bonus is prorated
Anyone leave the firm before 2 years and have to pay back portion of signing bonus? Is that something they actually do? Serious question, don't hang me on the cross
Settle an argument for me, what is BTA vs BA starting salary? I thought BTAs got paid more starting off the bat
Question (probably most relevant for big four tax/audit folks). I was living in the UAE for 3 years (tax-free country). For US citizens exclusion amount is ~$105k I believe. My wages from Jan-June 2020 were earned in Dubai, I moved home at the end of June 2020. I also had a bonus that was due in March but payments were scattered over 4 months between Sep 2020-Dec 2020/Jan 2021. Does anyone know if I will be required to pay tax on the income earned between Jan-June 2020 and/or the bonus? Thanks!
Senior with 3 years of experience making mid to low 70s in NYC. What is the minimum salary I should leave for?
What would an average salary for a SAE in Nashville be? Thinking about jumping from CA, but want to do some digging first! Agency is smaller around 120 people
I'm kind of sick of every small thing becoming a feedback discussion. I don't think my manager is remotely motivating or helpful, especially when the mistakes are theirs as well.

I knew a colleague last year that had to call on their union lawyer and make a case. I don't remember the details, but I know that they were glad they joined the union in the first place.
Are we in an agreement that Fallon McElligott was the most awarded agency in the world perhaps till mid 2000s? What a deep bench of creative mavericks then.
I got a 4 rating but my snapshots and verbal feedback have been largely positive. I emailed HR for a review but they can't discuss until I'm back from medical leave in 6 months. How do I handle this?
Seeing a lot of folks posting about leaving the city to save money, wfh becoming the rnorm and because of the changing city vibe. For those staying in the city, curious to know your reasons? Trying to make a decision on my end and want to get a more balanced view.

Which Big 4 + ACN has the best party/drinking culture? Rank 1-5, with 1 being best and 5 being worst
I love audit and Big 4. Long hours in busy season are a part of the job and that's ok, doesn’t mean I have no life. Audit is not boring, junior tasks can be. If you disagree and still at Big 4 - why?
Way to go partners... Outdid yourselves again with a terribly run mid year promotion process. Disorganized, unclear, and shady all around. What was initially thought as a positive further angers staff
I was really sick before the holidays. My manager went over review comments via call. I can’t remember a thing from that call, how to approach manager without looking stupid.
