Hi folks, I've accepted an offer from Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Consultant. Although in the offer letter, the name of the company is Deloitte India LLP. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through the process and is currently working at Monitor. I wanted to understand about the projects, hierarchy and overall culture at Monitor. My base location is Gurgaon. Deloitte India Deloitte Monitor Deloitte Deloitte USI

That feels pretty solid. I’d have a hard time not taking that.
Take it. Come back to consulting in a few years if you miss it / doesn’t work out. Good luck
You should take it. Start earning more sooner and also work your way up at THAT company. Exits ops may not even change that much if you become an SM unless it’s another firm. Unless the hiring folks came from consulting, nobody knows our titles.
Solid offer and a big increase over what you’re making now. Take it and don’t look back!
What is CBO?
A solid offer. Take it and do not look back. Not easy being a Sr. Manager in professional services space unless you enjoy the work, can sell and want to make partner one day.
Why the q. Take it. No brainer.
What industry? In some industries (eg, pharma, the higher end of all-in comp for Sr. Director is in the 400-500 range. 290 seems to be a standard package for director). But it varies by industry
OP - I know one of the large health insurance company can pay $350K for Sr. Director (my friend got it after negotiation). So there is room to get higher. I understand the current package is a significant raise, but you might want to give it a try. It’s hard to get a raise once you are on the job. Of course, you know it the best. If you think there is a risk and you are already very happy, take it!
I am M2 in CBO and my base is 169k. You have multiple options 1) leverage your current offer to get a pay adjustment or retention bonus at our firm - the benefit is making it to SM then higher exiting opps. 2) take the current offer as it’s a higher base, however, make sure you have growth and promotion opportunities.

The fact that it’s Senior Director, rather than Director, seems legit
You can always boomerang. Deloitte LOVES boomerangs if you leave on good terms.
If still in Healthcare you can leverage that SrD title a lot with the PPMDs in CBO. A couple helpful tips and being a champion will stick around in their minds should you ever choose to come back.
Thank you all - this is great perspective!
