What do you do to get motivated for the week? My strategy is to set three goals, large or small, and have a reward for completing. But I also give myself grace if things happen outside of my control.

Do you believe leaders should get paid significantly more than their team members? I think it should be reasonably higher, otherwise no one will really feel motivated to take on the responsibility.
