Indeed. Notice we Gen Xers also admit when other Gen Xers are acting cringeworthy.
We also raised Gen Z so maybe we cool it with the self congratulatory praise.
Gen Z are Gen X’s revenge against how Silent Gen and Boomers treated us in the workplace (verbally berated, long unpaid salaried hours, working to the bone in hopes of a promotion, the myth of staying loyal to a company, constant worry about gaps in a resume, parental leave discrimination, flagrant sexual harassment, etc.)
