if you need to mentor the existing ones, probably Change management basics regarding stakeholders management will help (eg PROSCI ADKAR)
in PMBOK/PMP they have a good structured approach for stakeholders management and comms too
The following is very specific advice, but sharing in case you have an avenue/access: share negative (digital?) customer feedback about certain features/experiences that your team is responsible for. I led a Voice of Customer team, and sharing specific customer feedback with the responsible product teams was always eye-opening for them (and sometimes even embarrassing)
practice with them Design Thinking approach
Give people in the team opportunities to work on the business side and with user/stakeholders. Remove any barriers in these areas so that they are able to freely work in these aspects of their work.
It's great that you have this feedback, since it's showing that the team is caring for its own development.
You don't give an idea of your judgement of the situation. Do you agree on this growth area? Have you seen them work in this area?
It might be easy to focus on what they are good at when providing work - be careful of this potential bias - you need to find ways of getting them growth opportunities in their work too.
