I have a couple of books; Extreme Ownership, Dare to Lead and Ego, Authority, Failure, should help you.
Probably some great things in those, but a lot of other avenues to explore as well. Tons of great books, and even online things like Udemy and Coursera have leadership courses. Consider starting there before getting into what I would assume to be not very cheap classes.
I agree there are some great resources out there, as others have mentioned. On the topic of coaching, specifically, if you're considering working with a coach, a good starting point is the International Coaching Federation's coach finder tool - https://coachingfederation.org/find-a-coach. It's easy to filter to find coaches who might be a good fit or have relevant experience (e.g., "leadership," "lawyer," etc.).
If you're considering becoming a coach yourself, the ICF also has information on programs of almost every flavor. And if you want to know what life is like as a coach, feel free to reach out.
As a former corporate exec. who transitioned into Leadership & Executive Coaching, I can share the value it provides!
