Giving notice to leave? If that is the case, I would just go through whatever channels you are supposed to in letting everyone know. From there just set everyone else up for success. You don’t have to try to do a ton of work in a short period of time, but just do what you can with the time you have left there.
Goodbyes are always hard but if you are staying with the same company which it sounds like you might be then it will be a little easier. I have always just let my team know how much I apprecaite them and that I will still be around, just in a different capacity than I was before.
It’s probably too late now but when giving notice you want to:
Express your gratitude
Mention what you loved
Mention how difficult this decision is
Mention the support you can offer during the transition of a new team member you might have to train
Ask what they may need from you during this time to best assist the company in the process
