I’ve been out of work since October and finally got an offer, but it’s $30k lower than what I was making? In this market, should I try to conservatively counter for about $15K more? Is that a risk?

I just got an offer at another agency for $20k more than what I’m making now. I’ve been at my current agency for a little over a year now and have made really good connections and some amazing work. I actually love the work culture here. This other agency is offering much better WLB and obviously better pay but I don't know about the team or the kind of work I'll get to do. How do I approach my agency to get them to match or up this offer? Would you leave or stay?

Underpaid for same role and company thinks I don’t know—advice? I work as a sales manager at an events venue in London, fully in-person so the commute is costly as well as time consuming. The role is underpaid (just under 28k per annum). I and the other sales manager have more than doubled income since we’ve been in the role together, literally every month has been record breaking in terms of sales, sometimes up to 300% more turnover.
