I have heard that KGS gives decent hikes and bonus payouts however the work is completely backend with limited customer interaction and limited good quality.

Today I have joined KPMG global services and I was shocked to hear one of their policy about vehicle parking. Employees below Manager level are not given any parking space for neither two-wheelers nor four Wheeler across all the offices in India. They said if you are commuting by your vehicle you have to figure it out on your own about the parking. I mean what kind of lunatics make these policies. Do they think all the people below Manager level can not own a vehicle. Is it justifiable?
