Does anyone work at Principal global services? I would like to know about work life balance

Anyone with United 1k in jeopardy of not meeting the lowered “move the goalpost” PQP targets? Is there a December promotion or do you think United will pivot to extend status to 2023 in the final hour? Ugh, I don’t want lose 1k but can’t justify ~$5,000 in out of pocket expenses / mileage run. Anyone in the same boat?

Worried if snubbing BOSCH for sake of location constraint would be a grave mistake. Thoughts???

2.5 YOE post MBA

I have two offers at hand

One from KPMG global services - 18.5 lpa fixed - senior executive

Another from Deloitte India ( Offices of the US) - 19 lpa fixed- lead solution advisor

Both roles are similar for model risk management team.

Which one would be better in terms of WLB, career growth, bonus, hikes offered, wfh flexibility ( after offices open )

Counter offer from current employer (KPMG Global services) - Associate Consultant- 17 LPA + 5 LPA retention bonus

KPMG matched ctc but no assurance on promotion to Consultant until next appraisal.

How much would you pay for a DeltaOne upgrade? Delta is quoting $900 for ATL-London. Is that expensive? It was a Skymiles ticket so I only paid $200 on taxes RT.

Is 38K Skymiles a good price for RT Atlanta to London Heathrow? Economy tix. The actual cost of the ticket not using miles is $981 USD.

My mom has flown from Taiwan to the US once in her life: for my graduation. I’m now pregnant and would like to upgrade my moms flight when she comes to the US for my baby’s birth. What are some ways I can upgrade her flight for a steal? I’m United silver status so would prefer United, but open to other airlines. Currently not enough points so what’s the best way? Is it to purchase points (United? Chase?)? I’m clueless at this and would appreciate any help, thanks!
