A/C unit at this Sheraton has been dripping condensation from the ceiling since I checked in.. Called and got the "oh just put a towel down" response. Da fuq.

Just saw a spider in my apartment. Automatically tried finding a phone to call the front desk to get rid of it. And then I realized that I wasn't at the Sheraton...

Justifying the Sheraton's painful bed to yourself because the Four Seasons don't recognize your loyalty

We’re planning to be in Kauai for a week in mid-December, but I’m thinking of extending the trip an extra 10 days. Would we have enough to do with a 4yo in tow? Or maybe not worth it to stay that long? Staying at the Grand Hyatt first week, then downgrade to Sheraton Coconut Beach.

In Zurich for tonight, tomorrow and until a Sunday afternoon. Staying at Zurich Sheraton, what should I do? Would love to see the views like lakes and mountains.

Has anyone ever been to either the Sheraton or Westin on Maui? Does one treat bonvoys better than others or just equally bad?

Planning to go to Kauai with family. I am planning to use my Marriott points getting 2 options for my dates 1) Sheraton kauai coconut beach resort 2) Koala landing resort at poipu .. which one would you recommend?

We are stopping off in London for 24 hours on our way to the Maldives. I am looking for a Marriott property and there are many (Sheraton, Renaissance, Moxy, etc) close to Heathrow. They are all relatively cheap at under 100 GBP. Is this because the area near the airport is unsafe? Should I spend a little more and stay further from the airport? I would like to see some sites in our 24 hours but honestly just looking to have a few pints and fish and chips.

I recently stayed at Sheraton. I requested for early checkin and over the phone they said yes when I went there after few hours they denied saying they are only two people on Helpdesk and don’t remember talking to anyone regarding this, it was an insult
Finally after getting the room, the coffee machine in room was full of dust requested for a new one nobody came the entire day called again they got a new one which was in the same condition full of dust
I stayed there for 4 days the Wi-Fi cont.

Anyone have experience with Marriott’s new “dynamic” redemption rates? Did you feel you were using more points than if it was in the old system (i.e. category based, on/off-peak)? I don’t understand how a Fairfield/Springhill has the same redemption as a Westin/Sheraton in NYC… WT flying F

Does anyone know the difference between Sheraton Kauai Resort and Sheraton Kauai Resort Villas? About 100k difference in points. If you stay in the villas do you not get access to the beach front resort?

Just got a “Sheraton Vacations” special offer to basically get 5 nights at a Florida property for $250.

I read the fine print and other than a need to be flexible in terms of when you book, it doesn’t seem like there is a catch.

Anyone familiar with this “promotion” and what the downside might be? Or are they just looking to drive revenue to their other areas (restaurants, spa, etc) with a cheap room?

Hotel recommendations in Honolulu? Looking for a bonvoy hotel - going with wife and two kids (aged 2 and 5). In looking for a hotel for the kids to enjoy - nice pools and beach activities. I’m stuck between the following: 1) Sheraton Waikiki 2) royal hawaiian Waikiki 3) moana surfrider (westin) 4) waikiki beach marriott.

I requested early check in at a Sheraton and was told that I would have to wait until check in (totally fine) but that it would also be a fee depending on how early?
