Any fish aware of Olive AI? Got approached by a recruiter for a Solution Architect role. They seem young, but interesting and promising. Not sure if their comp will be robust or not. Curious to see what others know/think!

160k base, 20k sign-on bonus, 75k total RSUs

Is it a wise move to move out from Amazon to a DataBricks? I'm currently a DS but the role in databricks is a Solution Architect.

Currently working as an IT consultant , I have certifications for Microsoft and AWS cloud services almost solution architect level for both. Working on that in February. I have 2 yrs exp in IT business consulting in a functional less technical space. UG Degree was quantitative but not technical chem engineering.

How valuable is the AWS cloud practitioner and AWS solution architect certifications if I’m coming from a consulting role where it wasn’t applied much practically, even though company is Health IT . I have a high technical aptitude but I’m wondering how much weight do they hold as far as new opportunities if I haven’t used them in work but understand them well enough to speak through the information and pass the certs. Offered a Solutions Architect role at AWS. Recruiter mentioned it’s at L6 / Solution Architect III . Title in offer letter mentions Solution Architect only. Question - isn’t L6 a Senior Solution Architect title ? Why the level isn’t clear in the offer letter
