What would the base salary for Manager , Stastical Programmer

Current M2 in GT audit. Mostly on decent size public clients. After reading about the bonuses you guys are getting in FDD I'm interested in making the switch. Do you think if I do an internal transfer at GT I will get a significant raise? If I switch to another firm will I have any shot at coming in as a manager and what would the comp increase be, if any?

Has anyone heard of SSA & Co.? They reached out for an interview but I never heard of them and want to understand what they do and compensation in the associate and manager level before I talk to them.

1) Is a VP in internal audit at goldman sachs considered a senior or manager position?
2) what is the starting salary of a VP in that position?

Saw a posting for a PwC Manager (5th year) salary for $132.2 in Chicago. Does that seem right or is that high?

Completed all rounds of PWC interview until partner for a Manager position. I guess it went well. Most likely up for promotion this mid year at current firm. Should I leave my comfortable position at Accenture and venture out for a possible significant bump in salary ? What am I possibly getting myself into.I am also on H1b.

Landed a job offer as a program architect at Salesforce CSG group, $150k base , 15% bonus, 48k RSU/4 years. Also got job offers as senior manager level Tech role at two big 4 , TC is about 40% more. Is it no brain to choose big4 over Salesforce? Please share your insights, thanks

What is everyone's experience with vacation/sick leave? I work at a Plaintiff/general practice firm (Less than 10 attorneys/staff). Office manager/HR tracks vacation and sick leave (they are separate, cant use sick leave for vacation and vice versa) It is tracked as hourly vacation (though we are all salary) I took 4 days (32 hours) of vacation and I worked the whole time. I had to battle for her to give me some hours added back to my vacation. Seems wrong to me. Any thoughts?

Got reached out to from recruiter. Seems really interesting, but was surprised to learn base pay is lower than my current ($185k at Big 4...). Should I consider a move even if comp is lower, just because MBB?

Current situation - Big4 Manager in Seattle making 160 base with trash bonuses past few years despite early promo.

Opportunity - Offer for Senior Product Manager for major retailer but have to move to Bay Area in 6 months. 180 base, 80k/year stock fully vested after 4 years, annual bonus is 20% for meeting expectations, unlimited PTO, negotiating signing bonus.
Take it and don’t look back? I know Bay Area cost of living cancels out the base pay raise but long term it seems worth it.
